1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the rm34 platform via the website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the rm34 platform.
To register and use rm34's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract;
- Not listed among individuals prohibited from using betting services in the jurisdiction where you reside;
- Use the rm34 platform on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
Rm34 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user who fails to meet the above eligibility requirements at any time without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the rm34 system. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. rm34 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact rm34 customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the rm34 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate the betting system is prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the rm34 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and FPX Internet Banking. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
The key terms relating to payments are as follows:
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as specified on the platform's payments page and are subject to change from time to time;
- Rm34 reserves the right to apply varying processing times depending on the payment method selected;
- All deposits credited to an account are final and cannot be reversed without rm34's authorisation;
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided for withdrawals are accurate. rm34 shall not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect information submitted by the user;
- Rm34 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Any attempt to deposit using third-party or unapproved payment methods will result in the transaction being declined, and the account in question may be suspended pending further review.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Permitted Use
The rm34 platform is provided solely for lawful sports betting and casino entertainment purposes. Users are strictly prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from rm34. Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure constitutes a criminal offence.
Rm34 Limitation of Liability
Rm34 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from betting activity, service disruptions, or inaccuracies in information displayed. The rm34 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability of the service.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rm34 platform — including logos, text, graphic designs, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of rm34 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent.
5. Account Policy, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
Rm34 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, or for other reasonable grounds including but not limited to: suspected fraud, money laundering, creation of multiple accounts, or failure to provide identity verification documents when requested. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of rm34's internal investigation.
Third-Party Links and Services
The rm34 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and casino game suppliers. rm34 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Rm34 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the rm34 platform following any such changes constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised terms. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the rm34 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
